Introduction

One of the best parts of living and working in Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes is the

incredible food scene. From cozy neighborhood spots to polished dining experiences, there’s a

flavor for every mood. Here are some of my absolute favorites—places I go back to again and again

As a FOODIE here are some of my favorite places to EAT

Agatina’s

📍 2967 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY

A local Italian classic with warm, family-style meals that feel like Sunday dinner. Their pasta

dishes are rich, portions are generous, and the service always makes you feel like family.

black & blue Steak and Crab

📍 3349 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY

When I’m in the mood for a night out, this is my go-to. The seafood towers and perfectly cooked

steaks are unmatched, and the modern vibe makes it perfect for celebrations.

Branca Midtown

📍 280 East Broad Street, Rochester, NY

Trendy yet timeless, Branca serves up Italian with a modern twist. Their wood-fired pizzas and

handmade pastas are favorites, paired with a buzzing city atmosphere.

Casa Larga Vineyards

📍 2287 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY

Not just a vineyard—Casa Larga is where great wine meets incredible views. I love spending

afternoons here with a glass in hand, surrounded by the Finger Lakes beauty.

Char Steak & Lounge

📍 550 East Avenue, Rochester, NY

Upscale yet approachable, Char is the kind of place where you can enjoy a perfectly seared

steak or fresh seafood while soaking in an elegant East End atmosphere.

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

📍 99 Court Street, Rochester, NY

A Rochester icon! Known for bold flavors and live music, this is where I head when I’m craving

BBQ that’s finger-licking good.

Good Luck Restaurant

📍 50 Anderson Avenue, Rochester, NY

A true gem in the city. Good Luck is all about shared plates and unforgettable cocktails, with a cool, industrial-chic vibe that makes every meal feel like an experience.

Jines Restaurant

📍 658 Park Avenue, Rochester, NY

This Park Ave staple is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a casual lunch. Their menu is huge, and the neighborhood feel is what keeps me coming back.

Pane Vino on the River

📍 175 N. Water Street, Rochester, NY

Romantic and scenic, this spot shines with Italian-inspired dishes and a view of the river that’s beautiful at sunset.

The Revelry

📍 1290 University Avenue, Rochester, NY

One word: unforgettable. The Revelry is my top pick for Southern-inspired cuisine with a

modern twist—think fried chicken, oysters, and bourbon done right.
